A brief introduction

Hello, my name is Tony, the Director/Owner of Flintshire Fitness Studio in Mold, to which, I wish you a very warm welcome.

Flintshire Fitness was established in May 2011, since which time it has gone from strength to strength. My aim has always been to simply provide the best atmosphere to empower you all to reach your own goals and to provide workouts for everyone to enjoy, in an environment where you feel comfortable & can make new friends.

Having always had a passion for Fitness, I've been privileged to Captain the Bermuda National Squash Team, also participating along the way in Ultramarathons, Mile challenges and many more Fitness events. I'm a recognised Metafit and Kettlercise Instructor and hold Level 2 England Squash Coach qualifications.

Since returning to the UK from Bermuda in 2001, I have been consistently involved in the Fitness Industry, from managing Leisure Centres to large Fitness Equipment retail outlets which enabled me to gain a good understanding of all aspects of customer needs throughout their fitness journeys.

I have been teaching classes in and around the Mold area for a 7 year period and was the very first person to introduce Kettlebell classes to the area.

I believe that I provide the best value for money and the most diverse fitness classes that are currently available in and around the Mold area & this, coupled with our friendly, non-intimidating atmosphere has attracted a happy network of friends who all have one common goal, to get fit, improve their health and increase their wellbeing.
