Website Pricing Information

While every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of information on our website, the odd occasion arises where there may be a pricing error - if an online order is placed and such an error has occurred we will contact you straight away.
Please note: when buying goods from Flintshire Fitness Supplies you are agreeing to enter a legally binding contract.
Your statutory rights are not affected by the terms & conditions of Flintshire Fitness Supplies, All contracts are subject to British Law.

Delivery Information

Damages and Delivery Discrepancies

Please advise us immediately upon receipt of damaged goods. Unfortunately we cannot accept any claims relating to deliveries that have exceeded more than 48 hours.

We will repair or replace any item, (including non-returnable items) that are delivered to you in a damaged condition providing you report this within 48 hours of receipt of goods by sending an email to :

Cancellations and Order Changes

To avoid confusion please confirm these in writing within 7 working days of placing your order. To cover our handling and administration costs you will incur a charge of 20% of the value of the goods being cancelled or changed after they have been delivered.

Standard Service

Goods are delivered to your door only (point of entry). You will be responsible for moving the product from that point and waste disposal of packing material.

Parcel Delivery*

Where possible items will be sent to you as parcels, and delivery takes from approx 48 hours if the item is in stock. We can offer a guaranteed (if items are in stock) next day delivery for an additional charge ( as long as requested before 11am) - call us for details. Delivery is by national carrier or Royal Mail (depending on weight of product) and will be between 8.30am and 5.30pm. Please note that orders placed online for delivery within the UK. Please see exceptions as certain areas may carry an extra cost.

BT, HS, IV, AB, PH, PA, DD, KW and all offshore postcodes

Signature on Delivery/Shortages or Damages

When the delivering carrier brings your order you MUST count the pieces you receive and look for any damage. The number of boxes you should receive will be noted on the carrier's delivery note. If the number of boxes you receive does not exactly match the number of pieces on the carrier's delivery note, you MUST note the number of pieces you received on the delivery note by your signature. Any visible damage to the equipment or packaging MUST be noted on the delivery note next to your signature. THE WORDS 'UNEXAMINED' OR 'UNCHECKED' WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AS A CONDITIONAL SIGNATURE. You MUST cross out 'delivered in good condition' from the carrier's delivery note. It is very important to check your order. If, after inspection, you find any damage or parts missing, that wasn't visible on signing for the goods, the shortages or damages MUST be reported to Flintshire Fitness Supplies by the next working day from signing. Neither Flintshire Fitness Supplies nor the carrier can be held responsible for damages if you do not note them on your delivery note or if you do not report any damage/shortages to us within the specified timescale.

Undeliverable Goods

It is your responsibility as the customer to ensure that someone is available at the delivery address you provide when your order is delivered. If no one is home when delivery is attempted, a card will be left for you. If, subsequently, your order is returned to us by the carrier because they couldn't deliver the goods or because you didn't contact them to re-arrange the delivery or collect your order from their offices when carded, you will be required to pay the original shipping cost and return costs incurred by Flintshire Fitness Supplies. If you choose to cancel your order rather than have it delivered a second time, you will receive a full refund less carriage and return carriage charges incurred by Flintshire Fitness Supplies.
You will also be required to pay a second postage charge in cases where you supplied an incorrect or incomplete delivery address initially, which resulted in return of an order by the carrier.

Non Returnable Items

Please note that items such as mats, gloves, mitts etc cannot be returned after use for hygiene reasons.


We operate a returns policy for up to 7 days after original delivery. Unfortunately we can only issue refunds if the goods are in new and unused condition, with original labels and original packaging intact. All returned goods attract a 20% administration, re-stocking and handling charge. You are responsible for the returning goods and all associated costs your statutory rights are not affected.
