The Pocketfit Exercise Circuit programme contains 52 different exercises and will work every major muscle group in your body. Having 52 different exercises to choose from will ensure that your routines will never become boring and your body will be constantly challenged, furthermore to keep you motivated we have included exercises that require equipment such as Medicine Balls, Swiss Balls and Dumbbells as well as Body Weight exercises and Plyometric moves.
Included in the Pocketfit “52” are various types of training, for example: Muscular Endurance, Aerobic, Muscle Size, Tone, Strength and Power with suggested repetitions and rest periods . In addition there are warm up and cool down exercises. A stretch card with 8 Upper/ Lower body stretches is included.
The cards are colour coded to represent each body part: 7 Chest exercises, 7 Back exercises, 7 Shoulder exercises, 9 Leg exercises,5 Bicep exercises, 5 Tricep exercises, 5 Abdominal exercises,7 Plyometric and Aerobic exercises.
